Thank you for choosing Mountain Lakes Country Day School. 

Once you have seen our center and we’ve determined availability and a start date, we will provide an enrollment packet which includes a detailed Registration Form, Health Form, Child Information Form and a Parent Handbook. 

At this time, a $50, non-refundable, one-time registration fee and 4-week, non-refundable, advance tuition deposit will be due.
