Owner & Director
Mountain Lakes Country Day School opened its doors in June of 1999. Owner, Cindy Pirrello, and Director, Diana Grisi, have been working with children for over 12 and 27 years, respectively.
They are active members of NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) and CITE (Coalition of Infant and Toddler Educators). Both Cindy and Diana, as well as their staff of over 30, are Certified in CPR and First Aid Training.
Director, Diana Grisi, has her degree in Elementary Education, holds a NJ State Teachers Certification K-8, is a Certified Trainer for ACT, a member of the Morris County Director’s Association, on the Child and Family Resources Professional Development Advisory Committee and in the East Coast Diversity Network. Diana’s 27 years of experience includes teaching 5th and 6th grade Elementary Education, teaching and leading a non- profit Preschool, and Director of Mountain Lakes Country Day School since 2006.
Low Teacher /Child Ratios - Certified Teachers
We are very proud of the Low Teacher to Child Ratios that we maintain at all times. In addition to the low ratios, our center is staffed with Certified Teachers in each one of our Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, and Kindergarten classes.

Enrichment Programs
In addition to our school programs, we offer many different enrichment programs for your child.
